In addition to our industry-leading government sales and business development programs, we also specialize in various areas for special project development, management, and consulting.  When other consultants tell you they can't, we most likely can.  We prefer to specialize in projects that are outside the normal processes, unique, and that may require an "outside-the-box" and "creative thinking" process to get the job done.

In addition to our own staff, worldwide we have an active working partnership with over 5,000 specialized experts in different industries and areas that we can pull into any project to help ensure that it's being completed correctly and on time.  Moreover, a strong influence with key contacts in the governmental sector covering all levels of government - Federal (Both DOD and Non-DOD), State Governments, City Governments, County Governments, School Districts & Systems, Community Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Tribal, U.S Territories, and many others.  This would also include various foreign governmental contacts and business entities as well.  Moreover, since we are usually focused on "specialized projects" that are typically unique in nature, each project must be analyzed, implemented, and managed in its own unique way to achieve the project's overall objectives.

Here are some of the typical steps that may be included in our management and developmental process, if they apply...
  • Project Initiation & Understanding the Scope of Work:  Since we are usually working on a new and specialized project, by reverse engineering the projects' goals in concept, we can then create a flow-charted step-by-step process that will help to ensure that everyone involved is on that same page as to what needs to be done, how it will be done, and when it needs to be completed.  If needed, this may also include Business Case Documentation and/or Feasibility Studies if applicable, etc. 
  • Project Planning & Additional Team Member Selection: Once everyone is on the same page, we can then create a more in-depth project plan as needed for guiding all team members and their work flow.  Moreover, to help keep them on-time and on budget.  
  • Project Execution, Monitoring & Control:  This is where we will typically execute the project into full swing with management oversight.  Our focus at this point is to build and secure the deliverable(s) as prescribed for the project and to ensure the projects' milestones are being met.  During this process we will be allocating resources and keeping team members focused on their assigned tasks.  Overall, we will be addressing issues of risk management, budget management, timeline management, resource management, change management, quality management, internal deliverable reviews, communications and facilitation, meeting management, and more.
  • ​Project Closure (or) Long-term Management Control: If the project is finished and being closed out, this is where we will wrap up and complete the project for turnover to the appropriate stakeholder(s).  If it's a project that needs to be repeated or expanded upon, or that will need a long-term management team and oversight, we can then set in place those objectives and requirements to ensure that the projects' management is handled correctly for the long-term.
